25 Jakpreneurs Enliven Bazaar on Pari Island

Some 25 Jakpreneurs of Pari Urban Village, South Thousand Islands are participating in a bazaar initiated by Thousand Islands Industry, Trade, Cooperative, Small Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) Sub-agency which is held from today to Saturday (5/28) from 09:00 to 16:00.

It is participated by Jakpreneurs under PPKUKM, KPKP, and Parekraf Sub-agencies

Thousand Islands PPKUKM Sub-agency's Small and Medium Enterprise and Cooperative Section Head Syamsul Hidayat explained the bazaar was held to showcase Thousand Islands Jakpreneurs' products to the community and encourage people to love local products.

"It is participated by Jakpreneurs under PPKUKM, KPKP, and Parekraf sub-agencies," he added, on Friday (5/27).

It was expected to increase Jakpreneurs' confidence in marketing their products to improve their economy.

Pari Island Urban Village Acting Head (Plt) Muhammad Ardian said that the residents were very enthusiastic about visiting the bazaar which sold a variety of drinks, cookies, and handicrafts.

"I hope it can increase their income and open up business opportunities for residents," he expressed.
